JEFFREY DAHMER He
killed 18 men before being caught. He kept the bodies of his victims lying
around his home and began eating their bodies believing to possess them more
completely. He
began killing at the age of 18. His first victim was Stephen Hicks who had
spent the day at a rock concert. There he met Dahmer and they got on well. They
stayed at Dahmer`s parents house where they had few beers and talked about
their lives. When Hicks said that he had to go, Dahmer begged him to stay, but
Hicks was insistent, so Dahmer made him stay by picking up a heavy dumbbell,
clubbing him around the head with it then strangled him. He dragged Hick`s body
into the Crawl space under the house and dismembered it with a hunting knife (
he had plenty of practice because his childhood hobby is dissecting animals. Companion,
sex and death were now placed in Dahmer`s mind. Another victim was a young male
prostitute. He went back to his grandmother’s house with him to have sex in the
basement. Dahmer then gave the boy a drink with a powerful sedative and made
him unconscious. He then dismembered the corpse, stripped of the flesh, crushed
the bones to powder and scatter the remains. He
continued his murderous career choosing good-looking males for his victims. He
would offer them money for an oral sex and sometimes posing in the nude then
later offering them a drink with a sleeping potion. On
22 June 1991 he met Tracy Edwards who had just arrived from He
asked Edwards to strip so he could
photograph him in the nude. Edwards resisted for he was now in a panic state.
Dahmer threatened, he would rip off his heart and eat it if he refuse to his
request. As Dahmer reached for the camera, Edwards held his opportunity and
punched Dahmer in the side of the head. He grabbed the door and run for his
life. He
spotted a police car outside and informed the policemen about Dahmer’s flat.
They searched the flat and Dahmer screamed like an animal. Human
meat, three human heads and a human heart was found inside his fridge. A filing
cabinet contained grotesque photographs, three human skulls and a collection of
bones. Two more skulls were found in a pot on the stove. Another pot contained
male genitals and severed hands, while the remains of three torsos were found
in the dustbin in the bedroom. The jury found Jeffrey Dahmer guilty of 15 murders, for which he received 15 life sentences. |
